Practical knowledge of fundamental hotel operations, guest handling, and daily front office administration workflows
Practical ability to handle kitchen operations, execute food and beverage services, and maintain basic restaurant workflows
Foundational knowledge of cultural geography and the practical skills required to coordinate basic tour itineraries and guide tour groups
Foundational ability to assist in organizing, structuring, and setting up localized events and hospitality ceremonies
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to food, beverage, and lodging pricing models
Understanding of essential hygiene, workplace sanitation, and guest safety regulations within hospitality environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and information communication technologies, including email, internet, and social media platforms

What you need to apply.
Grade 12 completion certificate, BAC II Certificate, or equivalent degree recognized by Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds; admission is open to any student who has completed and passed their high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
No age limit for general enrollment.
While anyone is eligible to apply and enroll, language proficiency is a graduation requirement. Students must successfully complete or pass the C2 level to earn their Associate Degree.
Completed application form, certified copies of high school transcripts/diploma, 3 new 4x6 photos (white background, front-facing, and without glasses).

- Grade A Students: 100% scholarship for 4 years - Grade B Students: 50% scholarship for 2 years - Grade C Students: 30% scholarship for 2 years + If an applicant does not meet these specific grade thresholds, they still have the opportunity to earn a scholarship by taking the university's internal entrance exam.
