PPIU's Postgraduate School accepts PhD candidates with a relevant Master's degree and research proposal. Supervision is available in IT and related fields.

How to access the PPIU e-Library.
PPIU accepts students in two intakes per academic year. Contact the Admissions Office or the relevant faculty's Student Affairs Officer for exact intake dates and registration windows for your chosen program.
Choose your program
Browse faculties and degree levels. Confirm entry requirements for your chosen program with the faculty's Student Affairs Officer.
Submit your application
Complete the application form at the PPIU Admissions Office or your faculty. Submit your transcripts, BAC II certificate, and ID documents.
Entrance assessment
PPIU conducts an entrance assessment for admission. Postgraduate applicants may undergo an additional interview or research proposal review.
Pay fees & register
Upon acceptance, complete your enrollment by paying the relevant fees. Your faculty's Student Affairs team will guide you through semester registration.

Library policies.
The following policies apply to all library users. Contact the library desk for specific rules on special collections, thesis materials, and periodicals.
Required for all borrowing. Issued free to all enrolled students and staff. Bring student ID to the library desk.
Contact the library for current loan periods per material type. Standard textbooks, reference books, and periodicals may have different rules.
Journals, periodicals, reference books, and special collections are for in-library use only and may not be taken out.
The main reading hall is a quiet study space. Group discussions should be held in designated group study rooms.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the main library areas. Please use designated areas outside the library.
Laptops, tablets, and phones are permitted. All devices should be used on silent mode in the reading area.
Books must be returned to the service desk. Do not reshelve books yourself — leave them on the returns trolley for library staff.
