PPIU and ITC Extend Partnership for Another Five Years to Advance Three Key Strategic Goals

His Excellency Dr. Um Romny, Director of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), and Lok Chumteav Tep Kolap, Rector of Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), accompanied by colleagues from both higher education institutions, met at PPIU to discuss future cooperation and renew their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for another five years, from 2021 to 2025.

The two institutions focused on three key areas of collaboration:

1 The implementation of online Teaching and Learning (TnL) technologies.

2 The development of Startup and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) programs to provide students from both institutions with practical business experience and entrepreneurial skills.

3 Collaboration in research activities and faculty exchange programs. Strengthening partnerships between higher education institutions in Cambodia remains a shared commitment and strategic objective of both leadership teams.

This renewed MoU will provide students from both institutions with opportunities to gain new knowledge through both theoretical learning and practical application, while also benefiting from direct hands-on experience.
