English as Foreign Language - TEFL

The TEFL curriculum carefully bridges the gap between advanced teaching methodology and practical classroom application. The program focuses on training students to analyze, design, implement, and manage modern lesson frameworks that foster high international English proficiency across all four macro-skills. Delivering a well-rounded balance of pedagogical theory and hands-on teaching experience, the department ensures graduates are highly equipped to succeed as language educators in the integrated ASEAN Community.

Entry Requirements

What you need to apply.

Academic Requirement

BAC II Certificate, or equivalent degree recognized by Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

Minimum Grade

We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds; admission is open to any student who has completed and passed their high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Age

No age limit for general enrollment.

Language

While anyone is eligible to apply and enroll, language proficiency is a graduation requirement. Students must successfully complete or pass the C3 level to complete their Bachelor’s Degree.

Documents Required

Completed application form, certified copies of high school transcripts/diploma, 3 new 4x6 photos (white background, front-facing, and without glasses).

Intake Schedule

- The first term: start of January - The second term: start of May - The third term: start of September

Scholarships

- Grade A Students: 100% scholarship for 4 years - Grade B Students: 50% scholarship for 2 years - Grade C Students: 30% scholarship for 2 years + If an applicant does not meet these specific grade thresholds, they still have the opportunity to earn a scholarship by taking the university's internal entrance exam.
