PPIU Deputy Dean Publishes Two Research Books on Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law

Mr. Heng Kimhong, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics at Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), published two research books in early 2026.

These works were developed with the aim of supporting academic research and expanding knowledge among Cambodian readers, researchers, and students.

The two officially published books are:

1. Constitutional Law: Philosophy, Comparative Constitutional Law, and Cambodian Constitutional Law

2. Human Rights Law: International and Cambodian Human Rights Law

As a lecturer and Vice Dean at Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), a leading higher education institution committed to education, training, and the promotion of innovative thinking, Mr. Heng Kimhong firmly hopes that these publications will serve as important foundational resources for strengthening learners’ competencies and practical skills.
