Fundamental knowledge of the history, structures, and foundational mechanisms governing the national legal framework and public administration sectors
Understanding of foundational state principles, constitutional frameworks, and basic political science concepts that govern state functions
Practical knowledge of fundamental private law concepts, obligations, and the drafting or evaluation of basic contract agreements
Understanding of the core classifications of offenses under general criminal law and the procedural steps regulating criminal justice mechanisms
Knowledge of basic regulatory frameworks governing market commerce, business transactions, and workplace employment relationships
Introductory knowledge of corporate, state, and legal differences across regional neighbor legal structures
Foundational capability to manage standard legal documentation, maintain office records, interpret foundational legal terminology, and execute administrative workflows safely
Proficiency in foundational computer operations, office software configurations, and digital information management required for daily workplace productivity

What you need to apply.
Grade 12 completion certificate, BAC II Certificate, or equivalent degree recognized by Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds; admission is open to any student who has completed and passed their high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
No age limit for general enrollment.
While anyone is eligible to apply and enroll, language proficiency is a graduation requirement. Students must successfully complete or pass the C2 level to earn their Associate Degree.
Completed application form, certified copies of high school transcripts/diploma, 3 new 4x6 photos (white background, front-facing, and without glasses).

- Grade A Students: 100% scholarship for 4 years - Grade B Students: 50% scholarship for 2 years - Grade C Students: 30% scholarship for 2 years + If an applicant does not meet these specific grade thresholds, they still have the opportunity to earn a scholarship by taking the university's internal entrance exam.
